What is LEED® Certification?
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification® is the international mark of excellence for green and sustainable building, and 100 House is proud to be targeting the highest rating – LEED Platinum Certification®.
The Canada Green Building Council has created numerous standards that a building must meet in order to receive this prestigious certification. The assessment is made by a group of third-party experts who visit the construction site at various phases and rate the project on eight pre-determined categories of criteria.
